XP Pro and Midi Ports in Logic

Since installing XP Pro Logic (pc) only sees one of my creamware midi ports.

I'm using 2 pulsar2 boards and before installing xp pro I had creamware midi out 1&2
Any sugesstions?

Midi Interface is EES PC-midi 2/4
