BTW 1. you could try making the voice (lovely) more monophonic, to get more impact, (exept for the end part if you want).
I think the voice gets some more impact if you draw it apart a bit from the music.
In the same context: the voice could be a little bit louder in the mix, it's asking for it, and it will make the mix more intimate.
Also, concerning arrangement, after the musical intermezzo, you could let the voice come in again with a short normal 'couplet', en than followed by the current end part, to give it a more finished feeling.
You than can also (sorry for this exertions) lengthen a bit the musical part after the very last voicings.
