sx could not locate mpgvout.dll and mcmpgdec.dll?

hello geek's .
i recently install sx on win200 and when
lontch to the program it note's me that sx cannot locate the mpgvout.dll and mcmpgdec.dll , any suggestion ?

These are Cubase's video drivers IMO, check Cubase.net...

A re-install of the latest Cubase update could restore them.
