I've added a new membership agreement - new users will have to agree to this before registering. It's basically the standard COPPA agreement, used on most forums.
The intent is to raise the standard of integrity of the forums to highest level possible, and also to indemnify me against any potential legal action. (sorry for the necessity of that!
