But since there were only a few entries I thought what the hell, we need something to fill out the bottom places.
Here's a piece which I wrote in one session from first note to MP3 (haven't done that for a while). Even worse, it's all played by hand with no quantising - yep, no MIDI sequencing at all - everything played direct into AcidPro3, even the drums.
Most parts are Creamware Blue synth, with a touch of Creamware Inferno for the squealing. The Plasma got heavy treatment through a compressor, pitch shifter and 4-pole filter. Lots of pattern delay and stereo delay to help give it a sequenced feel.

Spirit, you rock. I love the bleak feel of this. It really evokes some kinds of sci-fi imagery. Excellent.
I'm impressed with your timing in the absence of a sequencer! Really good feel. Maybe you could've been a drummer?

Nice one Spirit! Very engaging indeed. I agree with you guys the song fits for a good action film sequence. It reminds me a famous Queen song “We will Rock You”, or something like that, cos of the rhythm. It sounds huge for such little amount of instruments, doesn’t it? No sequencing? This is unusual and I think I give it some more value cos of being made manually.
I love it, nevertheless, I would like some changes from around 1.20 and on, coming back, just to reinforce the main idea. You do change at 1.25, but coming back to the same harmony, just there or even before, I would like some sort of chorus.
As far as now, it’s my second preferred song after Ken’s one. Very nice job.
