First of all my xtc-effects got contaminated with those famous crackles and so on for no reason a couple of days ago, not when i use them as sends bur as inserts.
I've tried the highest "intBlkSize" settings in cset.ini without success.
p4
intel 850e

I ALSO found this in cset.ini:

[ASIO]
XTCMode=1
application=C:/SFP/App/XTCApp/XTC.pro

I thought the project i should edit and save to be used in xtc mode was "XTCProject.pro"
I also tried to change the path shown above to:

[ASIO]
XTCMode=1
application=C:/SFP/App/XTCApp/XTCProject.pro

but when i opened logic the samplerate had changed to 44.1 (i normally use 48) and logic couldn't change it back to 48.

What is it here that i don't understand?

Enjoy your weekend everyone!

Leave the
[ASIO]
XTCMode=1
application=C:/SFP/App/XTCApp/XTC.pro

as is, that's normal.

Add
[XTC-Config]
intBlkSize=512
to your cset.ini instead.

No at0mic, thanx but it didn't.
i even tried 1024 as a value but the crackles are still there.
what about "output preload"?
in device manager -> dsp board...
it was set to "small"....
i'm clutching at straws now, i know.

gonna try that and since cw support is still down there's gonna be a lot of "let's push this button and see what happens" :smile:

see y'all!
