I built a patch with all those modules and the only module whose parameter was not recalled by presets was the Sequence Song Mode on/off.
However, you have experienced the problem, so maybe it occurs only under certain circumstances? I think with j9k's matrix, the problem with recalling parameters only occured when it was loaded into big patches, so maybe something similar is happening here.
