Reg problems

I bought a used pulsar of a guy who told me it wasn't regestered with Creamware, when i tried to ad it to my profile it turns out serial is regestered, cannot get in touch with the guy, is there any way to ad this card to my profile? Sorry if this has been asked in the past, tried a search but didn't throw anything up that was of help

You have to get in touch with Creamware in Germany. This can prove challenging but start with support@creamware.de eventually you'll get in touch with the person who can do this for you, it's possible.
