Error when trying to start the STM 2448

Hi... got the Mixer Package I but I always get erros when I try to load the STM 2448 mixer. It says it can't find the DSP file. I've tried to re-install 3.1c but it doesn't make any difference.

Have you tried to manually copy the DSP folder from the zip to your installation folder? (Maybe the Script folder too?)

you are sure to have the Mixer I key including dynamic mixer and micro mixer?

Yep... I tried the above with no results at all. And yes, I've got the MP. I key.

Any other ideas? Shame you can't see exactly which file that is missing.

In the setup files for 3.1a all the devices are there, drag the mixer via the file browser into a project, it should ask for the key or load
