Velocity as CC?

Hi there! Does anyone know if attackvelocity is CC 100 in the Pulsar? I´ve read through the manual, and I haven´t found a CC list anywhere. If it is, the pop-up menu in the projectwindow says -protected-. I just want to have a button to react to velocity- I couldn´t be that hard.
