pulsar2-luna conflict, please HELP

I purchased the Pulsar 2. After installing its software and drivers, the windows device manager > sound-video and game controllers>"Pulsar2 Properties" featured DRIVER tab, SETTINGS tab and RESOURCES tabs.

Then i decided that i need more i/o and DSP. I invested money in LUNA with
2496 i/o box.

After installing latest Luna 2.5 drivers, properties for the pulsar2 (in the
device manager>sound-video controllers) LACKS one VERY important tab - the
SETTINGS tab. It vanished... This tab allowed me to use pulsar audio and
midi features in a software sequencers. In other words I can only use Luna's
audio/midi source and destination in the software sequencers. Despite that
fact the "LUNA Properties" (in the device manager>sound-video controllers)
HAS the settings tab.

From what I understand both of these devices must have the settings tab and
BOTH of them should appear in the software sequencers.

I would appreciate any help and information.

nope - you don't need both. pulsar wav dest=luna wav dest. pulsar midi source/dest=luna source dest. if pulsar is running, open cubase er whatever is your seq. choose luna out for your midi dest. this is seq source in pulsar. trust me it works. it is all semantics. . .
