Vocoder disappeared

Somewhere I read, that the Vocoder, which was part of the old version 3.0 is not part of SFP 3.1 anymore. When I run Pulsar in XTC-Mode with my new SFP 3.1a-Installation, the vocoder is not available - so this appears to be true.

As I really need this plugin I have to find a way to make it work again. Is there a way? I tried to copy the dll to my new SFP-folder but that did not help. In Pulsar SFP I can find and start it without problems - but not in XTC-Mode. Do I have to edit any ini-file? I really need your help. Please give me any idea. Thanx!

Did you check your devices/effects/stereo/others?

Yes, I checked it. There it is! I can find a file named VocoderIII.dev, size 387KB, dated 23.05.2002

Any other idea?

no one is stopping you from taking any device not in sfp out of the file in v3 and putting it into the appropriate file in sfp.

Sorry to bother you

It did not work after all. I cannot say, what went wrong, but the vocoder simply does not appear. Any more advice???
