a word from a poor pulsar user...
i wonder if when CW will release "modular 3" (soon, late, never? who knows) they will give away the "old" modular 2 for free (joking!) or for a small amount of money! (30-50 euro? more realistic!)
obviously, one that have the old mod2 for free or at that special price, will NOT have the possibility to upgrade to mod3.
sincerely how much does this will cost to creamware?? nothing! they will continue to sell their mod3! besides, if they'll lower the mod2 price, they will make some money from user who cannot buy modular3 or from user which didn't have 200euro for modular2 (like me!)
while discontinue such a product? (i tried the demo, and it's great, but anyway 200€ are too much for me!)
please CW, think about this!!

well probably not know about the mod 3 until a week before it's release. Until then CW will keep their mouth firmly shut and tease us with mysterious comments like: "oh we're defintely working on something, we think you'l be surprised!"

Seriously though,
It seems the only reason CW people come here is to drop lines like that.

your're welcome!

no milestones today but thunderstorms coming..

To King of Snake:

I think you're wrong.
Some of the CW developement hang around here because they're interestest in music.
Others do more than that (e.g. digilogue seems to care about control knobs and faders ).

Hey, what kind of response did you actually expect?
something like this (?):

I'm glad to confirm that the Modular is currently back to developement.
This means not only quite a lot of new modules coming but also some other changes (... yes, the wishlist of the 'Modular Talk' forum is part of the checklist).

To Matteo (just an idea):
if the price of the Modular really hurts you - perhaps you should try to become a betatester?

Cheers,
Klaus

Sorry, are you joking or being serious? I don't think its a joke but sometimes its hard to tell when just reading text alone, especially considering your humourous/cryptic answer above.
Keep up the good work creamware.

If CW really are taking this list seriously, AND we get even half the things on this list, AND it happens in the next six months, then praise be to the ncient Gods !

Have a look at the thread of ideas:

http://www.planetz.com/forums/viewtopic ... =9&start=0

Maybe it's time we each distill it down to the ones we think are the top 10 must-haves ?
