Latency in Pulsar Synth playback using Cubase VST

Hi,

I am experiencing delayed playback using a Pulsar II with Cubase VST v5.1 R1 on a Pentium IV PC under Windows XP, using the Pulsar ASIO drivers. From reading both the Pulsar and Cubase literature, I was expecting VST to automatically compensate to the inherent 25ms latency on playback (i.e. so its in line with my other VSTi and Midi hardware).

Upgrading to SCOPE Fusion Platform 3.1 did nothing to improve this.

Incidentally, I was having similar delays with my other VSTi's (e.g. the ones supplied with the Cubase package, such as JX16) but I found some support in the Steinberg InfoBase under the thread: "Optimize processor scheduling for Windows 2000/XP Audio PCs" which actually worked.
