Hello all, I know this is an old topic, but interested to know if anyone has positive experience with new mother boards offering native pci slots to continue to run my Pulsars / Luna. My trusty old xeon workstation is about to die and I want to build something tquick, with lots of memory & adequate PCI throughout (so not a board which piggy backs pci over a pciexpress bus). Let me know if you have any recommendations which are more recent than those in the existing threads
Thank you to anyone who has thoughts on this.

ditto from valis plus-
pci is obsolete. any pci slots will be tacked onto pcie slots. that's ok because the current motherboards like the 1151 work well. the previous generation 1150 work as well as anything that has been made in the past.
