LunaII+Cubase5+DSP on 866Mhz PentiumIII Problem

I have the Problem ,that it seems like the 3 Sharc DSP on my
LUNA II Card dont do their Job, because when i play Audio-Stuff from Cubase or use VST-Effects, the DSP Load in Luna doesnt change.
Do i have to change any settings which are not described in the Manual or which i did not understood.

i would be very thankful for answers

I hope you're not under the impression that a DSP card like the Luna II will do some of the processing of Cubase VST and VST/DirectX plugins. The trick is to use the Luna effects instead of the VST/DirectX effects.
