UPDATE Aug 11
Fixed a bug that TonyR found. the amount of modulation by the Sequencer was only half of what it should be.
Fixed an Obscure Dual CPU problem thanks to Atomic. It should result in less DSP use as well.
it will work with old presets but you will have to reduce the amount of MOD for anything that was using the sequencer.
___________________________________________
UPDATE Aug 09
changes:
*Waldorf is tuneable seperate from global for more FM options.
*waldorf mod is bipolar.
* indicators to show the mod knobs are bipolar.
* changed names of FM knobs. hopefully less confusing.
*Error message gone.and waldorf uses less DSP (made up for it with new changes I am sure)
*DSP files needed for it to work in pre SFP pulsar 3.x are included in the zip.
*built in delay with BPM devider and delay offset between left and right sides.
*another effects insert slot for effects remembered in presets.
*LFO can be sync to BPM with up to 32 bar time multiplier

end of update _______________________________

Now with waldorf + FM oscillators for even more "sick and crazy" sound!
Changed filter Layout, now there are individually controllable LP, BP and HP each with its own freq, rez, drive, keyfollow, and bipolar modulation.
the waldorf wavetable position, and all the filters can each be modulated by one of:
Global MIDI knob with variable dezip.
Full LFO.
16 step simple sequencer.
ADSR envelope
up to 128 step multi stage graphical envelope.

notes!

Sorry it looks like a lot of instructions, but dont worry about it. you can probably get by fine without reading them

Volume sliders on the filters become an overdrive once they are above the indicator line . After that they start changing the waveshape that is fed in to that filter.

This synth can work in 3.0 but you need the compare TR2 Atom from SFP they are included in the ZIP file. put them in your [creamware app]/app/dsp folder or wherever the DSP folder is for you.

Sometimes the multi stage envelope shows the wrong thing when you switch presets. I am not sure why this is but the wrong graphic does not actually change the real envelope you saved in a preset.

There are 2 preset inserts the first one has the effect and its settings remembered with presets, the second will stay the same throughout the project and be remembered with only the project (this is indicated by the slots).

If you want to use the synth in mono please use the left side because:
If you pick a mono insert it will only come out of the left side. (well..its mono!)
The presets in this list are saved with no insert but the inserts are set to mono, so be sure to set it to stereo before you choose an effect if you want to use a stereo output.
The "diff" on the delay will also do nothing in mono. it adds or subtracts delay time for the right delay.

In the zip is a "sonic attack.pre" file it must be put in your "presets" folder. Otherwise you will not have a preset list. put the synth itself in the synths folder if you want it on your synths menu in 3.1x

Please overwrite previous preset list with this one or there will be errors!

most of all enjoy it!

There are no bugs here.

The midi chanel state are "remembered" when i load the project.
Plus the effekt in the insert rack.
All the knobs do what they should.
hmm.....

And the sounds are sick and crazy...just like i want them

Mabye there are bugs...but not here....atleast not yet.
You never know.

But i will continue hard this device and everything that comes upp i will tell you.

And again - Neutron is the king. If we voted for the best free synth creator, I'm sure about my choice. Simply no weak devices.
By the way, although it is said that Micro3 is for SFP, it does work in 3.01b.

bump for update

there is a quirk that may confuse you. the sequencer will not retrigger properly everytime you hit a note if the release times of either envelope are long. this is due to the sequencer being monophonic and the rest of the synth being poly.

Ii should work fine when using 1 voice.

Great that graphical ADSR, hadn't seen that before!
Hint: set Midi Channel in Live Bar. There's no control for it on the device.

It's a known issue, but it does not cause any malfunction. See the device's description by Neutron.

aargh...I just made 15 or so great presets for the earlier version and now they sound pants (trans: not good) on the new update. The sequencer doesn't seem to 'drive' as hard even when I try tweaking the new version to sound like the original beta. Or maybe it's me. Still liking this device a lot though.

TonyR

ps. I'm on Mac Pulsar 3.01 not SFP3 but I have all the DSP files I think and I don't get any errors.

Looks really good, but the presets don't work on my Luna / Powersampler cards. Please please could I have some presets ? I'm useless at building things from scratch and really only good at tweaking . . . .

But don't get me wrong, I think it is great !

From the readme above:
