Can't use SFP to be master

Hi!!
I my first post here.
Having trouble with my cards,I cant use sfp
in 44.1Khz as master it's working in 32Khz
and in the slave mode but not all the time.
I have one Pulsar II, one Luna II card,z-link/adat exp.
and have asus tusla with 1 Ghz and 512Mb ram.
Pulsar II is new and i hade no prob. when i only used Luna card and it doesent matter if i have a empty project or not
Please if anyone know!

I don't understand ? What is it that you can't do, and what happens exactly ?

Well it's like the sync dont want to lock when i use sfp to be master in 44,1-48-96 khz
I have no sound and the cursor changing between arrow and "sand-glass"(or hour-glass dont know the name hehe).
But when I have 32 khz samplerate and the sfp to be master it works.

I have tryed to take the Luna card out = no sync.
Put it in again and out with the Pulsar II = sync so it seems that i maybe got a bad card.
So i think i have to walk back to the store.
