Which Mobo?

Hi everybody,
last time i had bought a used Motherboard. It#s a Asusu p5b. This Mobo doesn't work with my Creamware cards ( Pulsar1 and srb1 ).
Now i want to buy another used Mobo but i want to use the cpu and Ram from the p5b. The cpu is a Dual core intel 2,67 mhz and the Ram i think it's DDR2.
My DAW is Cakewalk Sonar Producer X1 with a cakewalk A300 Midikeyboard.
Does somebody know a good working Mobo?

Now i'd looked around and found two Mainboards. One MSI P35 Neo ( i think it's the same like P35N ) and Gigabyte GA P35 DS4.
Are these okay or are there more Mainboards where i can take a look off?
