Sound Card Source and Dest modules - anyone got it working?

so did anyone ever get the "sound card source/dest" modules to work right? i have a usb ni audio8 that when i connect it and open the sound card module in scope, it is recognized, but when i connect it to the mixer all that is passing is very harsh and strange periodic digital noise. i tried messing with the samplerates, no bueno. if this thing worked it could be very useful for me for various applications.

it's just a module that has been in Scope since v3. it does work with certain compliant soundcards, otherwise, it's not so useful.

as Gary said it works on some devices. I had it working on my Roland Tr-8 and a turntable with usb conections. I have not been able to get it to work with my Iconnectmidi 2+ to pass audio from my iPad into Scope. I have used source only have not tried Dest ..Pretty handy to have this in Scope if you ask me
