Components for STDM Cable - Where to buy in germany?

Hello Guys,

if anybody can tell me where I can buy the Components to build an stdm Cable I would be very thankful!!
I can`t find especially the card edge Connector anywhere.

yes, I got the link already from the nice sonic core support and will buy it there if there is no other way. But it`s expensive shipping and takes quite long to deliver..

I think I might have found working connectors in Germany (as the cable is not the big problem). It was an 3 hour search yesterday because the serial numbers are different and the connectors are named totally different

When I have tried it and it works I will post it, but if anybody knows exactly which parts are working please write it here!

any 20pin edge connector that crimps onto the 20wire ribbon cable should work. there are several manufacturers.

that will bring up the correct type

there are a few wholesalers that sell them try rapidonline they have a german outlet

rs components have them they also have german wholesalers

try conrad also have german outlets

and Reichelt are also in germany

I got the right parts and they are working. It`s really difficult to find it in Germany because they are named totally different.

You can buy it from farnell, rs-online (or "eibtron" if you are a private buyer and can`t buy it for your business).
It`s named "LP Kantensteckverbinder IDC" or search for "VERBINDER KANTEN SCHNEIDKLEMM 20POL"

for the cable you can use any 20 conductor ribboncable (Flachbandkabel) with 28 AWG Wire Gauge (Aderquerschnitt) and 0,127 mm pitch (Rastermaß) -> that is almost a standard, so normaly every 20 conductor ribboncable should work.
