like the answer in your other thread i recommend the cusl-2c, without onboard grafic.

there is another asus board, the CUBX, with the BX chipset. that would be your choice if you want to have plenty of ram. the chipset used on the cusl-boards is only capable to run up to 512mb @ 133mhz-fsb (768mb with 100mhz-fsb).

Thanks for that Mo, I would have thought that 512 meg ram would be ample to run with pulsarll/scope ive not heard of anyone useing more ram.
tks

512megs is perfectly fine for me, but of course, I'd put in more if I had the room for it; it's really, really cheap right now, and you can do more with your machine, with more RAM...

Have you seen the Stealth Black Pearl ASUS CUSL2-C? It's a limited edition and <b>man is it hot lookin'</b>. Check it out on <a href=http://www.asus.com>Asus's website</a>.

It's for geeks only man, if you were a true geek you'd understand, otherwise ignore!

BTW: This thread is like 8 months old, which is a few years in tech-time...

"True geek" is a covering term

Had to tape my jaw into correct (closed) position some time ago, when I learned that you can actually buy a small plexiglass window to fit to the side of you computer.

This will allow the true geek to put his friends into awe when he is frying his heavily overclocked cpu cooled with liquid nitrogen live on the net. or something...

Cheers

or invest ~10000$ and surprise the geeks.
Put a camera with lighter in the box and beam the picture at the wall.
Happy geeking
