No EDA tools in that industry have OSX apps, so this part of the industry runs LInux shells under X11.... in this case running on iMacs.
Some of the Gnome, KDE Linux shells look like WinXP.

My assumption is this is COULD be WinXP, but is probably Linux.

I DO know from first-hand experience that Macs and IOS devices ARE designed on Macs :wink:

Otherwise this is a all-too-typical twit-post relying on the consumer being ignorant in order to try to make a statement.
