Please Help! Mac Crashes Every Restart with Scope

My G4 Dual 500, OS 9.2.2 has been crashing me every time I restart. Error messages are either "Illegal instructions" or "bus error", I tried reinstalling OS, taking out extensions, but as soon as I installed Pulsar 3.0.1 or Scope 3.1, the bomb shows up at restart.
My sequencer is Logic Audio 4.8.1

Try and throw away the preferences for Logic.
The're in system map.

The best thing is simply to take them out and put them somewhere else, if it does'nt help, simply put them back.

I had some serious stability problems at first but this took care of it.
