Troubles with MULTI FX modules in XTC Mode!

With the new SFP v3.1(a) the Multi-FX-Modules in Cubase VST v5.1 PC XTC-Mode don't remind the old Presets. The module itself is loaded but it is empty. Even if I open my formerly saved presets, the plugins won't be loaded into the Multi-FX-Module.
I tried to change the VSTPlugin-Path to "PulsarXTC" but it doesn't work.

Has anyone an idea what I can do?
