Dna plugin delivery querie

Does this sound right? - When I tried to order the Dna bundles, the scope shop added a delivery charge. There is no download in the download area. The cost of delivery was practically the same as the cost of one bundle. Needless to say I didn't buy. Was this the same for others here. I know many have bought it.

There have been reports about this oddity of the Sonic Core shop in the past when people in Australia bought the Scope 5.1 upgrade. You should contact Sonic Core support about it.

yes that happened to me too during the sale. I think that when I logged in and selected the bundles from a different part of the SC site that it went away. Either way I don't believe they intend to charge a shipping fee for the electronic delivery of plugin keys.

there shouldn't be a shipping charge. if somehow the shop charges it, please write to support and we'll refund it.

if someone who has the specific problem writes a short note to support, i can make sure it gets fixed quickly. there is nobody who can fix it on the weekend...

I realize that. Just thought it might be temporary. I will send a message to support now. But it isn't urgent.
