I'm really sorry there's still no EQ automation on that mixer

There's really no reason to leave this feature out, as the BigMixer does this without any problem, and even offers "unlimited" number of bands on each EQ.
So the CreamWare engine should be capable of that task.
It's amazing what you can do with EQ's flying around.... I really Like the PulsarMixer (and what you're talking about is probably it's SFP3.1 re-incarnation??? I'm still on 3.01a) but lately I choose the BigMixer more often because of the EQ automation.

will surely do so when I upgrade to 3.1a....
Just waiting for the solved-bug-reports on this forum for 3.1a
Until then I'll keep smiling to my Win98SE screen without the LiveBar....
But anyone must agree that it's really strange that only the Good'Ol'BigMixer offers EQ-automation.
I guess that's bad luck then for new CW-users who only get the 3.1 devices.....

Well, don't have any of the 4 eq points set on that channel (i noticed dsp usage rises) and disable the channel eq, then use an insert. Should automate fine.
I too would love if everything were perfect for me, but after 2.5 years of instability on dual cpu systems, I can put up with minor workarounds now that EVERYTHING WORKS.
Now if only I could avoid those pesky DSP Capacity Reached msgs I've been getting lately

Just repeating my own post in "Announcements" section (quite an inapropriate place for it I guess):
Erm... Sorry for interrupting you guys, but I'm about 24-bit Wave again (obsessed freak am I?). In WinXP of course.
Well, WaveLab does not playback at 24-bit and something's wrong with the recording. But maybe it's up to this particular software only? Any Sonar users out there? Anyone who would try 24-bit rec/playback in Sonar? Please...

Yeah - I confirm this fact - 24bit wave drivers still dont'n work under XP correctlyOn 2002-05-30 21:59, Noctulius wrote:

WaveLab don't playback on 24/24alt/20-bits and OS applications produce something like short channel-delay.
Hmm... Using Cool Edit Pro 2 and Samplitude I am able to record using the 24 bit wave drivers.... and I have XP
Maybe it is somthing else...
I do know, however that soundforge F***s up my audio files after I save them no matter what (when I use the 24 bit driver)... I recorded a bass line and when I saved it it turrned into pure static and scared the dailights out of me (when I hit playback and was bombarded with white noise at deffining levels).
Dont know what made this happen... But I can record find in Samplitude and Cool Edit Pro 2

i can record 24bit in wavelab useing 24bit-alt, but can't do 24bit playback.On 2002-05-31 11:44, CAPO wrote:

i have wavelab 3.0 but i think that 4.0 can use asio scope driver - i'm not sure?
if yes, than can be one solution:
in custom work with cubase use 24bit-alt recording and 16bit playback and if you realy need 24bit playback than use asio scope for mastering when cubase is not active.
not comfortable, but...
i forgot to say: this is under wdm drivers. On 2002-06-01 10:48, sandrob wrote:
i just try wavelab 4.0 for the first time. now is possible to do 24bit playback! 24bit recordings is possible with 24bit-alt options!
so, everything works!! we have 24bit playback and recording in wavelab and sfp is ok!
my friend told me it's "normal" and he have same seting with rme.
