show signature default cookie setting not working correctly?

i have my...

"k-rad makes music" and subsequent link, and i've edited my cookie prefs to make that default to show when i post....yet, half the time it doesn't show up in my posts?

any comments john, if you read this?

just before this post i made one one the announcment forum, and no sig, but here i got a sig.

i'm just now noticing the check box when posting....maybe i'll just make sure that is checked whenever i post...or perhaps it is unchecked for some reason at times?

before you click 'send', make sure the 'show signature' is activated below msg...

umm, ok...i sort of mentioned that though.

but anyhow, the cookies preference thing is erratically checking "show signtaure" or not as i am posting.
