I have two Pulsar-3.1-Installations (Win98 and WinXP). In Win98 (XTC-Mode) everything works fine. I get Midi-Input-Signals and can send them everywhere (Synths etc.).
When I start Cubase under WinXP (Pulsar in XTC-Mode)I cannot get any Midi-Signal at all. I cannot play any synth. The Cubase-Midi-Indicators don't show any activity.
In both cases I use the same XTC-Project. Did anybody encounter the same problem? How did you solve it?

Try removing and reloading your midi source and save the file.
I had the same with logic audio . After a clean install in win98. In winxp i don't know cos i still use win98 for audio cos i do not get sfp to work perfectly in xp jet.

XP: load always as many midi source/dest's as assigned to your hardware in Device Manager.
