Hi all.
I have two partitions on my PC with both the old 4.5 versions.
Is it possible to upgrade to the 5.1 in one partition only?
I want the 4.5 on one partition and I want to try the 5.1 in the second one.
What do you think?
Second question.
What is the right procedure to upgrade to the 5.1?
I know that there is some 3d about it but I can't find it.
Many thanks for your time.
Best regards.
Gius.
Scope 4.5 and 5.1 in two different partitions
Re: Scope 4.5 and 5.1 in two different partitions
no because the drivers are still in the win32 folder
the only way to do it is have 2 windows separate partitions
and on boot choose which one you want to boot to
basically having 2 separate computer systems
then when you load either one you will have the correct drivers for the correct
scope revision software

Re: Scope 4.5 and 5.1 in two different partitions
Yes, I already have two different windows partitions.
On boot I choose my OS.
So I can upgrade to the 5.1 in one partition (Windows installation 1) and still use the 4.5 in the second one.
Can I?
What is the best procedure to upgrade? Do I have to remove the 4.5 and then install the 5.1?
Many many thanks.
Regards.
