It should not be the centre of a meal, but when baked potatoes are extremely well done, they can easily become the centre of the party! How good they can taste! wow! 
Right now it’s very hot, so here we take beer, white wine for certain meals and red for others and for cheese.
As we are listening music from my PC, I can still write these little notes…
