Is anyone using the Behringer x64 Drivers in Windows 7..?
I get failed messages over and over and really would like to get this unit working w/ USB.
In this mode I can get a mix of hardware MIDI outs x 2, Merged MIDI Ins and USB, so this is something I could really use.

I can mirror your setup...I think I have the x64 drivers installed, but won't be back near my rig for a week. I haven't had any issues (not that I've seen, but haven't used the merge mode really) on win7 x64 professional.

i haven't seen a problem with their usb driver. i think the install is a little weird, iirc. you might double check the instructions.
Re: Behringer Using USB Mode 2 x64bit
I noticed it requires extra boots, which doesn't necissarily mean it's flawed, just complicated.
My attempts have returned messages 3 times in a row of incompatability, and the Drivers installation even say you need to Reboot PC, Reboot BCF, etc.
I just was hoping someone I trust can hold my hand through these rough times......
Yeah I love this hardware, and have used it only for Controls and MIDI, but USB 3.0 is really quite a jump in stability and performance, and I have been an anti USB Proponent for a while, since powered Hubs were found to stabilize it's weak performance. USB 3.0 is way past that mark now. I even bought a Super Talent USB 3.0 RAID Stick. It's so fast you can use it with Reaper on a Laptop as a portable install..
But the goal is to maximize the options of control this unit offers, and now that the PC side has caught up I want to try this out. My Privia and Solaris also can use these exotic MIDI streams too.
I mean the way I can configure this is awesome. Privia with USB MIDI Feedback and the Mackie MCU upgrade, Then 2 x hardware MIDI outs, 1 to the PC, the other to the SE-1X where it only recieves hardware MIDI.
You add the Scope MIDI FIlters at every Port, and use the Project Preset Device by Frax77, and using MIDI Pgrm Chng messages can re route in realtime, entirely new set ups on the fly.

Well FWIW, not written in the Driver inastallation Manual (2-3 pages) is to make sure that you have the BCF200 already in the USB 2 Mode during the installation.
Now for Klinkes Mackie MCU plugs, then Reapers BC Manager, and maybe I'll get lucky as there's lots of extras I am adding.

Re: Behringer Using USB Mode 2 x64bit
This thing was meant for MIDI only.
I have tried using LoopBe1, MIDI-Ox and other apps that I know have worked w/ DAWs before but USB MIDI on this particular hardware unit, using Behringers BC Manager is plagued by latency, stuck MIDI notes, SysEx dropouts.....
Other than that it's a great hardware MIDI Controller, so I won't waste any more time on this USB MIDI stuff, until I see the Icon USB MIDI Mixer/Controller in action.
I hear good things about it and a firend just bought one. But then forumites were raving about how great the BCF was in Mackie MCU mode too.
