Can you good Pulasr people help ?
I want to be able to record a band live -

(that's 2 vocals, 2 e. guitars, 1 accoustic guitar, probably up to 3 keyboards + some drums probably via 2/3 mics - so that's getting up to a dozen inputs)

Right the question - what kit/gear can I use to 'grab' those dozen or so inputs and eventually get it to hard disk on the computer using my pulsar I as the 'core' of the system

cheers

sounds like you need 2 sets of ADAT A/D convertors. Record the vocals on the 2 analog ins of pulsar for best quality. rent or buy two light-pipe A/D convertors for 16 tracks in. Fostex stuff is cheap and decent quality. You will also need preamps to convert the mic signals to line level. . . any introductory recording site or book will answer these questions . . .
