Actually you don't need translation to have a laugh at the very end of the news clip in the link (scroll down).
If it was only funny I wouldn't have posted this, but the video is well done for a news item: the very last shot tells everything, and the build up is great, you'd expect something terrorist if you see the images.
First you hear a female police officer telling what's going on.
An illegal dance party in an remote old empty bricks fabric, complaints from the other side of the river, armed police ('ME'), waiting.
And further some funny weirdos talking who won't harm a fly.
They agreed with the illegal organization to stop at 07.00 in the morning.
That happened, but a small group of 50 people kept hanging around.
So the police 'scaled up' the force to be ready for the serious thing.
The first quoted party guy says: what the hell is this needed for?
Then he oracles 'it's all about art man, and surprised points to what's coming on the road to show what he means.
That should do it
