Hi guys
When I use FXsapansions phatsync as an insert the signal only comes out mono!
Sometimes when I use other effects I get no signal at all.This has happened on all versions I've tried.

Yes,contacted Guy who sold them to me by putting them up on site.4 weeks now no response.
