1U Rack PC plus XITE-1 side by side case

I'm brainstorming on building a case for my Akai 61 controller that will house an Xite-1 and a 1U rack PC underneath with 2 collapsible Monitors that fold out to the rear of the Akai. A laptop would be nice but I prefer something that I can build and breakdown myself for upgrade purposes.

I need to be able to have some mobility with the thing when the time comes.

Any Ideas?
