Save yourself from big headaches – MOCHAHOST

I dislike reviewing against, but when people have had their opportunity and did not repair their mistakes over several years, well in that case I don’t longer care, because they are not just a few mistakes while they are learning, but dishonest and careless people all the way.

I have had a few of my costumers in Mochahost for a few years. And I am extremely released that today all these accounts have been closed forever… they have made me suffer a lot becuase you become for your clients, the one to blame. Mochahost is a bunch of irresponsible, ineffective, careless people judged by their actions. Some of my clients decided for a cheap and small service, that is why they chose it, but common, it is so useless that you don’t want it, not even for free.

If I were to list all of their mistakes through these years of service you would not believe it! They have deleted SEVERAL TIMES whole web pages, mails databases, AND what is unacceptable, all their backups online… They have charged several times for services which were different from the one hired, then charged for domain names that have never existed or been created by us, then they did not accept to give money back for these "ghost" domain names, then they offered you to chose a name and actually make out of it a new domain that you don't need… Service unavailable many every 20 days aprox, pages down, periods of awfully slow web performance where you had to wait for a couple of minutes per click to see a page move, wrong information from their support, Crazy! Crazy! And so forth, and so forth…

Please, do not, ever, engage with this people, no matter what kind of services you may need, forget about all their hosting plans and nice words, they are a complete disaster in every aspect: servers, service, billing department and support, this is not what I think, this is what happend to me and my clients.

My last advice to them was: “If you need to rise your prices, do it, but give a better service or you will disappear facing up the competition which is getting every time better and better”. I hope they listen to these words, and they may have a chance to survive.

They are pretty well known in the business.

I have worked with many hosting services, and of course that they all make little mistakes here and there, but these guys are a nightmare. There are tones and tones of people complaining about them. My aim here is that nobody gets into this trap like my clients did.
