lunabox input ok but output not working

Hello,

I have an hardware pb, outputs of my lunabox doesn't work , I don't have seen before because I used only input until now.
Could someone confirm that these connectors are broken (in the middle of the two components LM1117 and the next) ?

they are not broken, on my lunabox are soldered in the same way, with middle pin not connected.

Have you checked the firewire cable?

yes I checked.
I confirm it's normal because it's the electric mass point which is connected by the back of the component on the board in fact
the middle connectors are the electric mass.

Do you know someone who could repair the lunabox ? (not still supported by sonic and I contacted the new A16 MK II vendor just to know if they
could tell me a way to search but no response ...)

try asking to garyb, but are you 100% sure it's the lunabox?

yes I'm sure, all other stuff runs without pb since years, and the zlink inputs of the luna work fine, only just the zlink outputs module when I clic and paste it in the scope project I have 2 error messages :
