What I most like about the Rhodes is that you can play any funny chord without being worry for it to sound bad..., it's astounding the blending perfection and quality of its tones played together. See that? I mean, you play a heavy chord with some instruments or even an acoustic piano, except big Steinway which are perfect melting tones, and they may sound pretty horrible, but with a Rhodes it sounds even and perfect.
The only disadvantage I can see is that, if you play live with a band, it is like carrying a dead body with coffin and all in your back, I remember I would never move it myself alone, I would always need the help of another strong man to carry it, otherwise you would injure yourself.

When you arrived to the scenario, you would need to take off part of your cloth to regain your breath and then rest for a while before start playing,

which also it is pretty bad for a pianist hands.
As an element for your studio, it is priceless, as element for a moving band, if you don’t have people to carry it for you; it becomes a heavy duty daily task.
