Hi,
there is a nice rebate on Ircam Tools, more than 50% here.

Are they worth the price?
Is it a completely different approach in comparison to Wolfs RoomPan?

Re: Flux Ircam Tools
I've looked at these before.. pricing is very steep, and the problem is that I've never seen these in action yet, nor do I personally know anyone who can give me a first hand account.
Seems a lot of money for the functionality that you get though.. I mean, basically it's 2 reverb type plugs and 3 phase vocoder thingies. To me, they seem very specialized, so probably won't be in your daily arsenal.. I mean, even at discount, with $700 you can get a good handful of plugs that may not be as technologically advanced, but may be used more on a daily basis.

Thank you for your answer. I did not buy any Flux software. Maybe in the future if they drop the prices.
