Hi everybody, i hope you feel fine.
Last night i'd install sfp everything was alright than i had deinstall it.
After i install it again from the zip file.
I click on the zip file, winrar get open.
Than i click on setup winrar begins to extract all files.
after the extraction, winrar comes with a massage that some files from sfp are changed and if i want to change the files in the zip archive too?
somebody know what does it mean?
P.s.: I don't know if that is normaly but when i click on a .nfo file of creamware, windows says "can not open the file. The file is broken".
And that is with every file.
I ask you that because last week i had a virus on my machine but i think i'd clean it up with antivirus software.
So can it be that the virus had distroyed the files and the antiv. software havn't found not all of the virus?
Thanks for help
T.M.
Sorry for my english.

imho, it is a very strange behaviour. The possibility of a virus is quite high.
What antivirus do you use?
Keep in mind that certain viruses are programmed to find common antivirus apps (Norton primarily) and patch them thus they can't recognize viruses anymore. So you start a scan and nothing suspicious is detected.
If you feel it might be the case, you should recreate the condition of having a full working and updated antivirus. Often updating can be enough, but if you want to be safe you'd have to install antivirus on a clean new os (on another active partition) and from there perform a new scan over the whole system and the affected os.
If you know what virus exactly infected your system, check also if there is any dedicated removing tool on the antivirus website, 'cause sometimes antiviruses aren't able to totally clean a system

Hi there and thanks for your replys,
the antiv. program i use is antivir 9X personal edition.
whwn i scanned my system with it and the program found a walter klemenz virus on it and delete all files which were distroyed of him.
after i deinstaled all programs which where attacked from him and reinstaled the programs again.
And now everything works fine.
The only thing i asked myself is when i open the zip file of sfp and start the setup from winrar, after the extraction process
windows comes with a window that showes a message that ".. some files that were unwrapped from sfp zip have changed or new files were created. do you want to add them in the archiv?"
can somebody try to do the same to see if there is the same window?
thanks for help tomas

.nfo is standard an MSinfo document.
Go to Windows Explorer, Folder options, File Types, scroll to ".nfo MSinfo document' and edit the type to be opened with NotePad. It has nothing to do with a virus

Hi there,
with the nfo files everything is right.
But with the virus i don't know.
I will scan it again but when the scanner nothing finds can it be that they are some hide?
anythings are a little bit strange because p.3.01 begins to freeze when i work with it.
Can the reason be the sfp instalation?
P.s.: again thanks for help and i thing i must reinstall my system again when the problem is not moving away.
