i bought used pulsar 1 with no cd no keys the seller told me to write email to sonic core
for sending me keys
on the card there is note
SN: xxxxxxxxx (9)
CREAMWARE PD : 08-12-98
KEY; 0042 xxxxxxxxxxxx (12) this key doesnt work !

i setup the scope 4.5 from sonice core site .
i did install
it asked for A SCOPE 4.5 KEYSET FILE or KEYS ACTIVATION.
i sent email to sonic core with me post adress + card detailes
as written it s-c site
and i got no answer after 16 days
i want to know
1. how can i use my pulsar 1 ?
2. can i use scope 4/4.5 with my card
3. why s-c dont answer ?
4. i understud that s-c send free A SCOPE 4.5 KEYSET FILE free am i wrong?

1. you'll need to get a keyfile.
2. yes.
3. you were unlucky enough to try to get a keyfile when the emails at S|C are a mess. try again next week.
4 yes, but it's only as a goodwill offering. S|C does not support v4, nor did they make it. they also never made your card. they do have records from Creamware, however(the maker of your card before they went out of business) and they normally do provide the service of maintaining those records, paying someone to answer your emails, and storing the softwarte on their ftp server for free.

No I think it will be worth the wait .BTW I have overcome the going out of business no support fears and really am happy that the company is a survivor.
Cant find anything like this stuff anyway so without SC the jump from 3000 euro is to much MUCH more .

sonic core sent me the key 
it was a delay of key delivery.
s-c are changing the way of key delivery from manual to automatic, so in future users can call up the key directly from the server. as soon as automatic key delivery is working.
now i can use my pulsar 1 with scope 4.5

the idea is easy.
implementing the idea is not so easy. i can't say when such a thing might happen. if the proper time were spent working that system out, nothing would get done for a month, which obviously won't work. the plan is to make this kind of disaster impossible in the future, however.
