Integrating USB Midi Devises

Hi, one of my Hardware Midi inputs died and i want to integrate my devises via USB now, can somebody tell me how?
I downloadet Midiox, but i cant get it to work.
If somebody integrates his USB Devises successfully please tell me how you do it.

With Scope running, startup MIDI-ox, and let it find all your inputs.
Then just add them to the list on the right.

I'll post pics when I get back to the studio.
