Keyfile authorisation issues with Zarg Bundle

Hi guys

I've tried to open Pro Wave from Zarg Bundle but the window with key request pops up over and over again so that I need to shut down SC process from the task manager. I've send an email to SC Support group but still no response. It was also noticeable that Pro Wave is missing in the keyfile they sent to me. Did anyone have similar experience? For what are the Zarg Prophet/Plus and Python keys?

Since Namm 2012, ended yesterday, so i guess business is going to be picked up during this week!

and there's no reason to post your actual keys on this forum!
you should delete them...

I have deleted them but as I understand the keys are calculated within my hardware serial number so nobody else can use them. Or did I misunderstud something?
