hi , i recently bought another external sound module for my studio , which summs my external gear with 2 external modules.

i need to expand my analogue inputs as soon as possible.one way is using external mixer which is not the way i'd like to go.

i've been told that i need adat converter to connect to pulsar , but it's price is a bit expencive for my budget right now.
i'd like to now if i can use other soundcard with many analoge in/outs as converter along with pulsar (layla for example)

the soundcard source device is designed for this purpose - it is in the windows devices folder (on pc). see if that works.
try loading more than one -

if not, maybe you'll have ta sell the card and by a convertor

Check out the Fostex VC8... <a href=http://www.zzounds.com/love.music?p=p.F ... 38>here</a>.

$249 gets you 8x analog i/o to ADAT i/o.

This is the cheapest way to add analog to an ADAT card. I highly suggest that you get an ADAT box like this (there are other, better boxes, too, including rackmount and 1/4" connectors instead of RCA...), instead of getting a Layla (which is a good card, but...)
