error no dsp placement found in scope 4.5

i did a new xp install, therefore it worked perfect even xtc mode.
now i have the message, no dsp placement found, instantly when xp is booted.
my hardware:
asrock p5b-de (motherboard)
core 2 quad 2.5 ghz
4 gb ddr2 800 mhz
pulsar2 on irq 8
powersampler on irq 4
powersampler on irq 128
ati hd 5400 1gb.
new stdm cable, 1 month old self-made with 3M goldplated connectors, and a 40 pin ide cable.
worked 1 month without problems.
software:
scope 4.5
fl studio 10 producer edition.
xp home edition sp3.
all registered.
if i got it to work i make an image with acronis.

try it with one card at a time. if each works seperately, then the problem is probably the cable. otherwise, you should be able to pinpoint the bad card.
