From official CW Forum:

Sorry, my mistake, you all were all right, the previous version indeed was able to produce 64 voices.

It is a known bug and will be fixed soon.

Things I cannot confirm or can in XP.

Livebar staying onotp after turning ontop OFF::
I Cannot confirm this it is working as it should here

Akai's in XP::
they are working here BUT I have not finished testing, It could be related to other things IE using the DVD/CDRW side by sde or accessing the Cdrom in another program Before SFP. But so far no problems reading and loading Akai disc's.

text bug::
Simple work around, don't double click, merely right click and choose the amount of voices Or Click and drag to change the # of voices.

Guys if u only know how many bugs my brand new car has , And believe me he is more expensive then the pulsar card i own.

For now yes i have the same problem opening akai cd romz but i know this is a problem u know about.

But hey.... thankz for the great FREE update ... please fellow pulsarians remember this its a free update so if there are bugs why find them to help creamware to become the marketleader in audio production platforms. !

Okay if its a update witch we have to pay for ,we could expect less bugs but for now i am verry happy with the update by creamware.but iam also happy with my new car a blue metallic Nissan Patrol GR v8 6 liters powermonster , a bit like the scope card but now whit wheels hahahahaha......

See ya.
