I was just wondering if any1 could help with a problem with my 3.1 software I have loaded up the new software but when I go into the pulsar program and start a new project I cannot find the synths on my screen I have went through the manual but cannot find any info on this. If this is me being dumb I apologise in advance, but any help would be grateful

When you installed SFP did you enter your keys? I suggest you login to the "My Page" section of the Creamware website, download your allkeys file, and import that during SFP install. You can safely install overtop your SFP, backup any presets, projects, etc just in case.

What type of card do you have, and what card did you install for? If you have Luna, you have no included synths, you must copy your devices from your previous install or redownload them. If you have Pulsar or SCOPE double check your installation (run the install again), be sure your Synth Package 1 or 2 keys are entered...

The devices may got lost in the install, but they are in the folder you installed it from sfp_v3_1Devices...
You could copy sfp_v3_1Devices (source installation folder) to ie. c:sfpDevices
