A divorce song!?!

Post by the19thbear »

Well.. my brother went through a divorce a couple of years ago - and i made a song about the whole deal that never got finished. I really like the result but dont know if i will ever finnish it... But here is the result!
Think radiohead mixed with.... kings of convenience??

The ending is not done at all, but the basic idea is there, the start and middle of the song are pretty much done.

Ok, right click and download, works !

Nice lead vocal. Carries the meloncholy mood of the topic, acoustic piano/guitar arpeggios reminiscent of some early Pink Floyd. Well done.

Nice result!

Sounds to me all you need is there, you just need to finish the mix and work magic with EQ's, reverb, delays, chorus and such, to make it sound great :)

I can easily hear it produced Radiohead "Kid A" or "Amnesiac" style. Seems to me, that you are already well on your way there :)

I coudn't say it better, I think the same. There are some EQ frequencies in the low-mid-rage that colide against each other. But the song works really well
