Hi Guys I just changed around some Hard drive to find the ground loop problem and Scope now asks me for an activation key, accepts it and gives me theE0001A error.
I have re-installed etc but no joy.
Is there something written in the cset.ini file or registry that remains?
Thanks

you probably have more than one card installed and for some reason the one with the keys isn't found.
I assume you already fed it your regular keyfile...
cheers, Tom

Hi Tom,
Yes 3 Pulsar II cards. All cards show up. I will double check the keyfile.
Thanks

I think it's because I changed the partition of a drive that has caused it.
Re: Changing Hard drives makes me ask for Activation Key
that makes sense.

Out of curiousity, is this Scope 5 or 5.1?
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

SCOPE PCI v5.1.2709 64 Bit
Re: Changing Hard drives makes me ask for Activation Key
v5.1 won't work with a v5 key.
if you are using win7 32bit, then there's no advantage to v5.1, you should just use v5. v5.1 and v5 are the same except for 64bit operation. because of the 2 1/2 years of win7 developement and the fact that the PCI cards were made by Creamware and not Sonic|Core, we had to charge for v5.1. there is a discount for v5 users.

Hi Gary, I definitely was running on 64bit Windows. Is there something I'm missing?garyb wrote:v5.1 won't work with a v5 key.

How much is the upgrade to 5.1 64bit? I'm confused to what I have bought? My last email to Sonic Core was in 2010 does that mean I have the beta version?
Thanks
Re: Changing Hard drives makes me ask for Activation Key
the v5 to v5.1 upgrade is 129euro including VAT.
http://www.sonic-core.net/shop/product_ ... E-5-0.html
you could send me your v5 keyfile via pm or email and i'll verify what you have.
it's possible that you did have a temp keyfile, since a demo key is an option.
